I try really hard to avoid unhealthy snacks, but sometimes I just can't help myself and I break open a bag of fatty chips or some other high calorie snack. The problem is that once I start, I can't stop and that's bad. Any tips? Thanks. Sam

Fri, 09/24/2010 - 11:24 — driyes, it's really tough to control these urges. The best thing is to find portion-controlled options for the snacks you just can't do without. And if you can't find portion-controlled options, just break up the snack into mini bags with smaller portions and store it this way. That way you'll control portions.
