* Don't just use lettuce. Mix it up with baby spinach.
* Get exotic with the ingredients and add some squash, eggplant, artichoke, or zucchini.
* Try avocado for a touch of heart-healthy monounsaturated fat.
* Add some grilled salmon, tuna, shrimp, or even tofu. Don't just stick to grilled chicken.
* Make your own salad dressing!
