Make a few small changes to your eating habits and as these become routine, make some more small changes. Eventually, all these small changes will add up and you'll see yourself dropping pounds.
Here are two easy things you can do right now that will help you eat healthier and lose weight:
Cook at Home for yourself at least One Night a Week. No Take Out! No Eating Out.
Drop the sodas! It doesn't matter whether they are regular or diet. They are both bad for you. Instead choose soy milk, orange juice, and tea. Carry a water bottle with you and sip from it throughout the day.
